Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over A$99.
- Orders under A$99: A$9.99 flat rate.
If you're outside Australia, checkout shows these amounts in your own currency.

Processing and delivery times
Our pieces are dispatched from partner warehouses overseas.
- Processing: orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of being placed.
These are estimates. Occasionally, customs checks, public holidays or carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We'll email your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while your parcel travels internationally.

Multiple parcels
If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping.

Duties and taxes
Any taxes we charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged or lost parcels
See our Return and refund policy. If something arrives damaged or never arrives, we'll replace it or refund you.
